Meet the Author: Publishers Weekly and USA Today bestselling author of Silent Sisters, Diane Chamberlain will visit the Country Bookshop to discuss her new book Pretending To Dance, a novel that explores the complexities of family and lies. Chamberlain has written over 20 novels, the first of which was published in 1989. Chamberlain grew up in Plainfield, New Jersey and attended Glassboro State College before moving to San Diego, where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from San Diego State University.
