“[D]elightful . . . Colorful illustrations, dominated by black and orange Halloween hues, give the book a holiday feel that will attract young readers, especially those who have met the character in previous entries. This spirited book is recommended as a general purchase for holiday or board book collections, not least because it teaches the lesson of generosity to little ones.”-School Library Journal
